Creed Review

Creed was an amazing movie for those who followed the "Rocky Balboa" movies and for those who didn't. It was definitely a fighting movie. I went into the theater expecting something good, considering it was sold out the last time I tried to go and view it, and I was amazed. Creed started off with the young Adonis Johnson in a juvenile hall fighting another boy because he said something rude about Adonis' mother. Mary Anne, Apollo Creeds widowed wife, visits Adonis and tells him of his father, Apollo Creed. Adonis moves in with Mary Anne and then starts fighting in underground rings. He quickly rises to fame when the legend Rocky starts training him after realizing who he really is. After he gets his real identity released to the public everyone mocks him. He is called to fight the number one heavy weight champion in the world. He is mocked and is called a "fake" Creed. He proves to the world that he deserves the name when he lasts the entire fight with "pretty" Ricky Conlan. Overall a great movie and has a good message of keep fighting and be who you want to be.
