James Harden Sets a NBA Record

Houston Rockets guard, James Harden, had 33 points, 17 rebounds, and 14 assists in Wednesday's 123-113 loss to the Detroit Pistons, becoming the first player since Wilt Chamberlain in 1968 to hit all of those statistical marks in the same game. As impressive as his performance was, Harden still fell quite a bit short of Chamberlain's historic 53-32-14 stat line from March 18, 1968, against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Of course, the 26-year-old guard can hardly be blamed for his team's losing effort, as he made three of his seven three-point attempts and all 12 of his free throws, with just one steal, no blocks and a game-high six turnovers. Overall, Steph Curry is still a better three pointer shooter.
