When People Get Paid to be Wrong All the Time

For those who have lived in Virginia for more than four years, we know that a weather pattern is nonexistent. The weather will go from 81 degrees on Christmas, to 21 degrees a week later. As it is right now, it is supposed to snow on Saturday night and extend to Sunday. Whether that actually happens or not is yet to be seen. I cannot blame meteorologists for not being able to predict Virginia weather. I blame them for being paid a nice yearly income for guesswork. At this point, they should just exchange their jobs for something more meaningful. Of course, if their predictions were actually right and I got a day off of school, I could probably find it in my heart to cut them some slack. But until then, I’m pretty done.
