A woman tried suing her neighbors because their children were "too loud." The Counts, the children's parents, bought a portable playhouse and placed it in their backyard. According to their next door neighbors, the Wards, the noise never stops. The Counts' children weren't the only loud noises either; the Wards drown out most of the noise with their trashy, explicit music anyways.
The neighbors never even talked to the parents about quieting down the kids before attempting to sue. Since they homeschool their kids, the children are at home all day long. Both families are going to court to settle the issues out. Personally, I think this is absolutely ridiculous! Trying to sue your neighbors without even talking to them about the issue first, is incredibly immature and ridiculous. The Wards claim that the kids are ruining their "peaceful life" yet they're the ones playing awful music that little kids shouldn't be exposed to.
