1. I went to the marina with Justin, Alexis, and Stori. We made a bunch of fun snap chat videos together while there
2. Justin breaking his knee. Justin was trying to make a layup but he doesn't know how to jump and so he collapsed to the ground and broke his knee.
3. Playing call of duty with friends. Most nights I get on call of duty and play games with Justin.
4. Bringing sweet tea to school. This memory is just a recent thing that happened, and people liked my tea so that's why it's on this list.
5. Dropping out of Spanish4 to take journalism. I'm awful at foreign languages, and at the beginning of the year I knew for sure that I was not going to drop out.
6. Going to homecoming. I like to go to school events, and homecoming is my favorite, because I love to dress up.
7. Job interview at chick-fil-a. I need a job so I applied at chickfila, then got a call to come for an interview. I was nervous but I'm pretty sure I'll get the job.
8. Bringing a friend to homecoming game. I don't tend to mix my school friends with other friends, but for homecoming game I brought my friend Ashley to a game and we had a good time
9. Writing this list. This is the most recent memory that I have, because it is currently what I am doing

How to Make Sweet Tea

Today I'm going to teach you how to make my famous sweet tea.

Things you'll need:

3 lipton tea bags

A cup of sugar

Water

First boil 2 quarts of water, and once it gets to a rolling boil turn off the heat. Then put the tea bags in the water and let them sit there for an hour. Then mix in the sugar and let it sit in the fridge over night. In the morning, keep drinking until most of your blood has turned to sweet tea. That’s it

Walking Dead Season Finale SPOILERS Review

Walking dead season 6 finale aired last night and it was good, until the end of it. I liked how Rick's group kept on running into groups of Negan's saviors, and eventually to Negan. If you payed attention to the episode, and you know enough about video games, then you'd notice that Steven Ogg, actor who played Trevor in GTA V, was leading the groups of saviors that Rick kept running into.

The last 15 minutes of the show were utilized to introduce the biggest villain in the walking dead, Negan. In my opinion Jeffrey Dean Morgan really captured the image of Negan that I was expecting as a result of the comic books. I think that Negan will probably end up being one of my favorite characters, because he is a very entertaining villain to watch.

Now let's discuss how the last scene played out. As we all know one of the main characters got their head bashed in with a baseball bat. No one knows who it is, but I think it's Glen. I think that the producers went along with the comic book for this point in the story, because if you payed attention to what Negan says, it's very similar to the comic book. Plus there is no other good choice to kill, Daryl got shot in the episode before the finale so that means he's safe, and no other character seems like a good choice.

Overall I give the season 6 finale a 8/10 because of the cliffhanger ending. I give Jeffery Dean Morgan as Negan a 10/10. Although I liked Jeffrey Dean Morgan's acting, the best performance really came from Andrew Lincoln (Rick), because he seemed terrified by what Negan was going to do and this is the first time where he's been in a situation where he is completely helpless.

Health Journal Series: Abs

If you're like me, then you often have trouble with choosing the correct things to eat, and you're lost on what to do to get rid of fat that is in your mid section . You might not be looking for a way to get abs but for a way to lose weight, and in this article I'm going to address how to get abs and how to lose weight 



Everyone has abs, but wether you see them or not is affected by your body fat%. Your body fat% is how much of your total weight is fat and to be able to see your abs you have to lower it. For men you have to get to around single digits in body fat to have well defined abs, but at 15-10% you'll be able to see them. For women you need to get your body fat to around 20% for a good fit look. The main thing that most people struggle with is a skinny fat look, which means you look skinny in a shirt but without a shirt you have a gut. This look means that you have a high metabolism but your main issue is eating healthy.

Now that you know what affects your ability to see your abs and you know that eating healthy is the solution let's talk about what to eat. 

Your daily intake of nutrients consist of fats, carbs, and protein. The recommended amount of protein is a gram of protein per pound of body weight. Carbs should consist of 45-65% of your daily intake. Fats should consist of 20-35% of your daily intake. For protein the best foods are chicken, fish, and turkey, I tend to take protein powder to make up for any grams of protein that my meals may lack. The best foods for carbs are whole grain, oats, and brown rice these are all complex carbs and they are a lot healthier, so rather than white bread eat whole wheat bread. If you're anything like me then you like to snack a lot, and most of the time those snacks aren't the healthiest of choices (cookies, candy, chips) you're snacks need to be things such as cashews and almonds. 



Now that we know of proper nutrition let's discuss how to lose weight If your goal is to lose weight then you need to eat at a caloric deficit, which means you need to eat 500 calories less than your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) which is how many calories you burn per day. To calculate your TDEE just find a calculator for it on google and then eat 500 calories less than your TDEE. The reason you eat at a 500 calorie deficit is cause one pound is 3500 calories, so if you eat 500 calories less a day then that's one pound of weight lost per week. 

Now you know the basics of how to cut down your body fat and how to lose weight. As of always eating right alone is good but you should combine it with weight training. Good luck on reaching your personal health goals.

XBOX ONE Upgradeable Hardware

Phil Spencer, head of Microsoft's Xbox department recently hinted towards hardware upgrades that will eventually be available for Xbox One. His goal is to make the Xbox One more like a PC. This would remove the idea of purchasing a new console, and instead this would only require the purchasing of better hardware.

I don't think that this would be a great idea for Microsoft to go through with for this generation of consoles. I say this, because I don't see how the new hardware could be installed, other than taking out the motherboard. I honestly think that it's a good idea that is going to be used to make Microsoft more money. Just think, Microsoft tells game developers to make it so that the games purposely look a lot better on the best hardware, and worse on the less expensive hardware. A console's hardware should be the same throughout every console, otherwise just buy a PC and build it with the hardware you want it to have.

Raspberry pi3

The new Raspberry pi 3 released and it is a major upgrade to the Raspberry pi 2. The Raspberry pi 3 is the first of its kind to be 64 bit and it has a quad core processor and a gigabyte of ram. The biggest upgrade to it is that it has built in wifi and Bluetooth, so I plan to buy one and use it to play Netflix and emulated games. Having wifi already built in the board is a big deal considering how people use to have to spend around 20$ on adapters for the Raspberry Pi for it to have wifi and Bluetooth.
The raspberry pi 3 will cost 35$, a really great price considering the power of the computer, in fact it costs the same as the Raspberry Pi's before it. I think the Raspberry Pi 3 is somewhat of a cool thing that exists, it's not some amazing little PC that will replace normal computers, but it does show that in time computers will eventually be very powerful and very compact in size.
I know that I'll definitely be purchasing one of these in the near future, will you?

Divison Open Beta Preload

A couple of weeks ago we had the division closed beta, and This weekend is the division open beta. Xbox one players can play on Thursday while PC and Ps4 players can play on friday. If you already played the closed beta and didn't delete it, then you will only have to download an update, but if you didn't participate in the closed beta or you deleted it then you will have to download the entire beta. If you feel like you're going to lose playing time on the beta just to download it don't worry, today you can preload the beta.


I'm happy that Ubisoft is doing an open beta for the division, because this will give me a chance to play with all of my friends so that I can see what it's like to play with a group of people. Also there is another mission added in the beta for more PvE content. Players who played in the closed beta will get some cool items during the open beta and they will also get them in the full game when it releases, and players in the open beta will get some cool stuff when the full game comes out as well.

Five New Black Ops 3 Weapons Released

On Monday, a patch was released that showed off some weapons that will soon be added to the game.
The 5 weapons include and assault rifle, known as the m2 raider, some crossbow, a new launcher, a new secondary, and a new Melee weapon.
I'm excited that new guns are going to be added in black ops, I'm getting tired of using the same guns over and over again. What else is interesting, is that with the new guns comes some cool attachments such as bayonet, and triple shot for arrows. I don't know when the weapons will be available for use them in game, but I bet that we will be able to use them within a few days.

The Division Beta, My Opinion

This weekend I was fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to participate in The Division beta. I say this because so many people wanted to be in the beta and because of this a lot of the people that should have gotten access didn't such as a friend of mine.

When I hopped into the beta I was amazed by how Ubisoft made New York City look so beautiful, granted I do play on console so if you play on PC then The Division looks even better. In fact the version of New York City in the Division is almost a perfect replica. Really if there was no UI in the game then it would be very immersive.

The game play is centered around taking cover and getting the enemies out of cover so you can shoot them. If you don't take cover then you most likely will die. Another part of the gameplay is stats such as health and damage, you can be a tank and absorb bullets coming at you, be a glass cannon and melt people with damage, or just have your stats balanced. There is also a star that affects your abilities, but there wasn't enough in the beta to expand that stat on. You can have up to 3 people in a group so I think Ubisoft made it so each member could specialize in one of the three categories because there is also 3 categories for abilities. Speaking of playing with a group, I had no one to play with so the beta got boring after I did all there was to do so let's hope that there is more to do in the full game. I watched gameplay on Twitch and really the only thing that the division is lacking is stuff to do, so I'm hoping that Ubisoft will add events and other things to make it more interesting.

Overall I give the division beta a 7/10 and I hope the full game is a 9/10

The Fine Bros Try to Own the Term "React"

A few days ago the youtubers known as the fine bros made a video that basically said that they are going to trademark and own the reaction genre on YouTube. After shooting themselves in the foot they released another video where they clarify how they only mention that they were going to trademark their way of reaction videos.
I honestly think that trying to trademark any type of video on YouTube is a impossible thing to do with so many videos being added to the site every day. I feel as if they pulled a mini Sam pepper that only affected them over the weekend. Apple to Debut New Products This March???

This March, there's going to be an Apple event, and there're a few interesting products that are going to be introduced.
It is predicted that the IPad Air 3 will be announced and that it will have a 9.7 inch screen.
Some new variations for the Apple Watch will be announced which is not that exciting to me considering a smart watch is somewhat not necessary.
This is the big one though, a new 4 inch iPhone known as the iPhone 5se is to be an better iPhone 5. Sadly no iPhone 6c but who cares in about 2 months we'll be talking about the iPhone 7.
These are the only things known to be announced at this March event, but in due time we might hear of some more products.

The Division Beta Release

This Thursday January 28, Xbox one owners will be given 24 early access to the division beta, and ps4 and PC owners will have access on the 29.
The division is a multiplayer game where you travel across a desolated New York City and have to claim it back block by block from bandits and restore order. The beta will include some of the early story missions and the dark zone, which is just a an area for pvp. I personally am very excited to see how the beta will be because the division seems promising but I need to see it for myself before I'm willing to spend 60$ on it. Skype Hiding IP Addres in Next Update

If you ever use Skype to communicate with people while playing video games then you can potentially be ddosd. A ddos attack is a distributed denial of service, that will fry your router (not literally).
With Skype hiding your IP address you're still not safe cause when you play online games your IP address is still vulnerable to anyone that wants to ddos you.

I personally like the much needed update as it offers a buffer to someone who wants to ddos, because when i play any online computer games I like to invite other people to a Skype call so that we have some communication. Having been ddosed multiple times it's a relief to know that I can now safely add anyone I meet to a skype call without the potential of my router getting fried.

Flint Michigan Water Crisis

Flint Michigan used to get its water supplied from Detroit, but in order to save money the state decided that Flint would get its water from the Flint river. Shortly after the switch, people started noticing how the water looked and tasted different than usual. The water was being contaminated by iron, and soon it would also be filled with lead. This contamination is a result of the state Department of Environmental Quality not doing their job by cleaning the water in the Flint river. 

The thing that is so shocking is that the governor knew all along that the water is contaminated, allowing children to get sick from drinking the water. He only declared a state of emergency lease week after high levels of lead were found in the children. Now as a result l all of the faucets in the city need to be replaced so that they aren't contaminated.

People Upset at Apple For Removing Headphone Jack on iPhone 7

Last night, while browsing the Internet, I saw an article talking about a petition with a million people who are upset at Apple from removing the headphone jack.
I personally think that it should be removed because my case prevents me from using most headphones. Without the headphone jack, the iPhone 7 will allow us to use Bluetooth to connect headphones, also it could be the slimmest phone.

This, along with the rumor that the iPhone 7 will charge wirelessly, leads me to think that Apple wants to provide a completely wireless phone. More information about iPhone 7 rumors coming tomorrow so stay tuned.

Three Powerball Winners Found

Yesterday, the drawing for the 1.5 billion dollar powerball jackpot was made and 3 winning tickets have s been found. With it have taken twenty drawings to finally get a winner the jackpot has gone from 40 million back in November to 1.5 billion dollars.The winning numbers were 8, 27, 34, 4, 19 and a powerball of 10 The winning tickets are located in California,  Florida, and Tennessee. California  even tweeted out that there had been 12 other tickets with 5 of the numbers.

Nintendo NX

Nintendo's future console know as code name nx will have be a home console and a portable gaming system. With Nintendo already selling a home system as well as a portable one, could this make them irrelevant?

Well if we take a look at the wii u I can honestly tell you that a new console will benefit Nintendo. I say this because if you look at console sales the wii u had sold 10 million units as of last July, but in 2014 Sony had sold more than 10 million. Now let's look at the 3ds, in a world of smartphones the 3ds is actually really good considering it's shipped out over 54 million units, but if Nintendo makes a new system that can be portable as well as a home console, what would that do to the 3ds. What if the portable part of the console can play console games, the 3ds can't do that.

Now Nintendo has said that by this year the nx will be unveiled and sold in stores, so let's just wait and see if Nintendo ends up competing with itself
