A few days ago the youtubers known as the fine bros made a video that basically said that they are going to trademark and own the reaction genre on YouTube. After shooting themselves in the foot they released another video where they clarify how they only mention that they were going to trademark their way of reaction videos.
I honestly think that trying to trademark any type of video on YouTube is a impossible thing to do with so many videos being added to the site every day. I feel as if they pulled a mini Sam pepper that only affected them over the weekend.
