Profiles: Joshua Lewis

Joshua Tamir Lewis, born in Newport News, Virginia in 1997. Interviewing Josh was a fun experience. He was full of energy and seemed to really enjoy talking as he bubbled with excitement. You can see that Christ lives in him by how he presents himself with a Christlike attitude.

Josh or "J-Lew", grew up in Hampton playing basketball. Some of his other hobbies include watching movies, listening to all kinds of music, tutoring, mission work, he is also the head of his churches youth ministry behind the youth pastor. As you can see he loves doing Gods work. He is constantly showing his love for God through his actions and speech. When Josh was a child he loved playing with wrestling action figures, his favorite being John Cena.

Josh currently works at Clarks, a shoe store that sells high end fashion shoes, anywhere from casual to high class fashion. He plans to attend Norwich University to major in criminal justice to secure is future with the FBI S.W.A.T. team. He plans on doing this by going to school, then start training and working out to be the best he can be when he goes to the boot camp. He would also like to have a modeling or acting background. He wants to add jujitsu to his arsenal of skills, Ronda Rousey being his inspiration. He has traveled to Colorado, NewYork, New Jersey, Florida, and North Carolina but would like to travel to Los Angeles, California. His favorite trip was when he visited the Naval Academy in Maryland. Something you may not know about Josh is that he enjoys writing poetry.
