Headliners Coldplay performed at the Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show on Sunday. I know their songs aren’t necessary for getting “hype” but they sounded really beautiful.The violins and colorful light show were amazing. Plus, who knew that Fix You could sound so good in a mashup?
Then, of course, Bruno Mars returned to blow us all away with Uptown Funk. When the song came out, a lot of people on social media were saying how they wish he could have performed the song at the last Super Bowl, where he headlined. Watching Bruno perform and dance was a dream come true. Last, but most definitely not least, was Beyonce who came out and took over the whole show. She killed it with her brand new song Formation. It dropped this weekend filling us all with Black Empowerment and a refreshed love for Queen B. She danced, she sang, and she was dressed to kill. Beyonce and Bruno made the craziest mashup and rocked the stage Together they all harmonized brilliantly, taking the whole show to a new level of music appreciation and entertainment. Will any performance top this????
