Chipotle had a recall December 2 of products in California, Illinois, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Washington. Around 50 cases of E.coli had been reported and the Centers for Disease Control had ordered the recall. The company had concerns that other Chipotle restaurants around the United States were also affected, but CDC only investigated those states. On Monday, CDC reported that the E.coli outbreak is over. The cause was still undetermined, but Chipotle has promised to be more careful with its products. Chipotle is back in full business and hoping to gain back all the revenue lost during the two months.
